HOTEL SUI AKASAKA by ABEST

Everything was shockingly great here for what you pay. We needed to be in this area for a meeting & the other 2 places we stayed in two months earlier weren’t available so we chose this hotel and it was pretty amazing & super cheap compared to other hotels where we stayed. We actually changed hotels for our last two nights in tokyo and wished we had just stayed all 3 nights here because we splurged on the next hotel which was 3X the cost as this hotel & not worth it at all. The evening happy hour hear was also great. Very clean room, not huge but not too tiny. And we actually had a decent ( pretty) city view from our window. There are lots of cool bars and cafes within walking distance from the hotel too.

The hotel was awesome. The staff is very friendly, great location. It is five minutes away from Akasaka metro station. Clean towels every day. Free razor, toothbrush, comb, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bathrobe, slippers and a lot more, which is great so you can save space in your suitcase. Also free coffee and tea. The WiFi is free. There are two washing/drying machines for which you have to pay. They will clean your room on monday or thursday if you stay longer than four days. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room tight but adequate space for what we need , crisp linens, good lighting. Small bathroom but very clean with bidet and toilet set warmer which is very nice. Location is not far walk from train station. Close to restaurants and other convenient stores. There's laundry room which we did not use. Fresh coffee and tea available. Love the 7 eleven store next door. Will definitely will come back and recommend this place.

Everything was very clean, the location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful and knew English. The rooftop relax area was a delightful place to visit any time during the day, but especially at night time, where there is a nice city view.

The location is highly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room surpassed my expectations, as it was new and impeccably clean. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
